Mr. Lay is a partner at KLK Law Group. He graduated valedictorian from Thomas Jefferson School of Law. Following law school, he worked for some of the largest and most reputable national civil litigation law firms. Mr. Lay specialized in insurance litigation for the past decade where he gained insight on how insurance companies delay benefits and compensation to injured individuals. However, in recent years, Mr. Lay perceived a growing unfairness in the treatment of injured individuals and redirected his purpose to ensuring these individuals are treated and compensated fairly through the legal process. Mr. Lay makes it his priority to listen to his clients to ensure he can better assist them because he understands every client has different needs.
